YouTube, a video-sharing site, last week launched You Choose '08, where voters can find the official Web videos from presidential hopefuls all listed in one place. 


Two Republican presidential hopefuls will address NACo members attending the association's Legislative Conference in D.C. this week. Senators Chuck Hagel (Neb.) and John McCain (Ariz.) will speak on Tuesday, March 6.

Congressman Jim McDermott (D-WA), Chairman of the Subcommittee on Income Security and Family Support of the Committee on Ways and Means, announced that the subcommittee will hold a hearing today, Tuesday, March 6; to review the impact of recent legislative changes to low-income programs within the subcommittee's jurisdiction. Hearing topics include the cuts in the child support program.  While this issue is being debated in D.C., your comments are needed!
